Aaron Barnell backs Grammy award winning Jamecia Bennet-lead voice for the Sounds of Blackness

Joining the team at Lundstrum Performing Arts for their 2023 Gala in May, the band that includes Aaron Barnell on drums and Casey Rafn on piano had an amazing time backing up Jamecia along with other Minneapolis luminary Julius Collins, lead voice for Dr Mambos combo.

Aaron Barnell back to development in June 2023 collaboration with devising actors for script development. "We had a fantastic 3 days reading script and making huge strides in fully realizing character tragectories, an had a blast doing photo and video shoot as we prep for releasing a video for the shows first radio single."

Aaron Barnell begins recording his song "We Gotta Go" with actor/singer MiKayla, guitarist Maje Adams, Bassist Andy Millar, Hammond B3 Dave Berg, and engineer Tom Scott.

As soon as the mixing is complete targeting August 2023, We will be sending the single to the Current Radio in the Twin Cities in the hopes in will get picked up and amplify the development efforts and needs to get Clean: the Graphic Novel Rock Musical to the stage
